Paramount Pictures has unveiled a thrilling new trailer for the sixth instalment of iconic horror franchise Scream, which teases the return of a number of legacy characters alongside the return of the core Scream (2022) cast.
Following the latest Ghostface killings, the four survivors leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter in New York, but it appears a new Ghostface is following Sam Carpenter and her sister – and killing those in their wake.
Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, Scream VI stars Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”) and Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”), who return to their roles in the franchise alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.
The film is set for release in UK and Ireland cinemas 10 March 2023.
