The long-awaited first teaser trailer for Steven Spielberg’s reimagining of the classic musical West Side Story has been unveiled during the Oscars 2021 ceremony, soundtracked by the iconic “Somewhere”.
Star crossed lovers Tony and Maria, played by Baby Driver’s Ansel Elgort and newcomer Rachel Zegler, are front and centre, along with rival gang members of the Jets and the Sharks.
Rita Moreno, who starred as Anita in the 1961 film, will also return in a new role as Valentina.
