Netflix has unveiled the first teaser trailer and stills for upcoming series Sweet Tooth, the adaptation of the graphic novel written and drawn by Jeff Lemire and published by DC Comics‘ Vertigo imprint.
The series, which was first published in September 2009, follows the adventure of human-deer hybrid Gus as he embarks on an extraordinary adventure out into the dangerous World.
Writer Jeff Lemire took to social media to share the quirky trailer, which wonderfully brings to life an adorable young Gus in a dark future.
Sweet Tooth is heading to the streaming service 4th June and stars Christian Convery, Nonso Anozie, Adeel Akhtar and Will Forte, with James Brolin as the voice of the narrator.
