‘She-Hulk’: Marvel adds ‘Hamilton’ star Renée Elise Goldsberry

Marvel’s for-ray in television shows set in the MCU continues following WandaVision, with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier currently streaming and Loki ready and waiting. The studio continues to excel with scooping impressive additions to establishing casts, with a new announcement for upcoming series She-Hulk.

According to Deadline, Hamilton veteran Renée Elise Goldsberry has been added to the legal ensemble, co-starring with Orphan Black lead Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters. The publication is reporting that Goldsberry is set to play a character referred to as “Amelia”.

The series is framed as a legal comedy focusing on Bruce Banner/The Hulk’s attorney cousin, Jennifer Walters, who has similar powers to him.

Goldsberry joins recently announced Ginger Gonzaga, who’s set to play Walters’ best friend, along with established MCU actors Mark Ruffalo and Tim Roth, who will be reprising their respective roles.

She-Hulk is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao serving as head writer.
