Netflix reveals first-look images for “Cobra Kai” season 3

Following the shocking season two cliffhanger, Cobra Kai fans have been waiting patiently to find out the fate of Miguel (Xolo Maridue) following his scrap with Robby (Tanner Buchanan).

Thankfully the wait is nearly over, as the third season is streaming from January 4th on Netflix. To tide you over until then, here’s the first-look stills from the next chapter of Cobra Kai.

Things aren’t looking good for Miguel following his bone-crunching fall as he appears to be in a precarious situation in hospital, while Robby seems to be serving time at some sort of correctional facility. Meanwhile, John Kreese still looks to be holding a tight grip around the students at the Cobra Kai dojo.

Check out the new stills below!

COBRA KAI takes place over 30 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament with the continuation of the inescapable conflict between Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka). Season Three finds everyone reeling in the aftermath of the violent high school brawl between their dojos, which has left Miguel in a precarious condition. While Daniel searches for answers in his past and Johnny seeks redemption, Kreese further manipulates his vulnerable students with his own vision of dominance. The soul of the Valley is at stake, and the fate of every student and sensei hangs in the balance.

Season 3 of Cobra Kai premieres this January only on Netflix.
