Ms Marvel: Wins “Best Series” at 2016 Angoulême International Comic Book Festival

The much hyped Ms Marvel has won “Best Series” at the Angoulême International Comics Festival – which is also known as the ‘Cannes of Comics’.

This is the first time Marvel has won the “Best Series” accolade, with the Ms. Marvel series writer G. Willow Wilson commenting on the win “The whole Ms. Marvel team is honored to accept the Angouleme prize for best series.
