Marvel Studios has unveiled a brand new trailer for Ironheart, the upcoming six-part event miniseries focusing on Riri Williams aka Ironheart, who made her debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forver, launching on Disney+ later this month.
Created by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mike Deodato, the character was first introduced in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 3 #7 back in May 2016. Riri Williams then became the lead in her own standalone comic series Ironheart, before joining the Champions line-up.
Set after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Marvel Television’s Ironheart pits technology against magic when Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne)—a young, genius inventor determined to make her mark on the world—returns to her hometown of Chicago. Her unique take on building iron suits is brilliant, but in pursuit of her ambitions, she finds herself wrapped up with the mysterious yet charming Parker Robbins aka “The Hood” (Anthony Ramos).
The series stars Dominique Thorne, Anthony Ramos, Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam and Anji White.
The 3-episode premiere hits Disney+ on Wednesday 25th June 2025 at 8am.
