Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina adds three cast members

Netflix has announced that three new actors are set to join their occult comic book adaptation ‘The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’. McKenna Grace will guest star in the Christmas/Holiday special episode, titled “A Midwinter’s Tale”, while Alexis Denisof and Jedidiah Goodacre will join part 2 of the series as recurring guest stars.

Grace (Gifted, Captain Marvel) will guest star as Li’l Sabrina and boy doesn’t she look like Kiernan Shipka?! During our holiday special, we’ll get to see what Sabrina was like as a precocious tot. While The Church of Night celebrates the Solstice, Li’l Sabrina will ask Santa for something special…

Next up, Denisof (Angel, Much Ado About Nothing) is set to play Mary Wardwell’s boyfriend, Adam Masters as a recurring guest star. Handsome and charming, Adam returns to Greendale after a stint overseas working with Physicians Without Frontiers—unaware that his fiancé has been taken over by the demoness Madam Satan.

And most intriguingly, Goodacre (The Originals, The Order) will play warlock Dorian Gray, the owner of Dorian’s Gray Room, an exclusive nightclub. He is an enigmatic gentleman of an indeterminate age and is very good at keeping secrets, especially his own — a cursed portrait he hides from prying eyes (just like the novel!)

Netflix has also released the synopsis for the Christmas special:
“The Church of Night, like all covens, celebrates the Winter Solstice – the longest night of the year – when families gather around the Yule Fire to sing pagan carols and tell ghost stories. But the holidays are also a time for guests and visitors – both welcome and unwelcome – you never know what might come down the chimney…”

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Christmas special will air on the 14th December on Netflix.
