Stars Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson and Salma Hayek are reunited for sequel The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard and Lionsgate has unveiled the explosive first trailer.
With hitman Darius Kincaid (Samuel L. Jackson) kidnapped, infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek) hires frenemy bodyguard Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) to help retrieve him from a vengeful and powerful madman (Antonio Banderas). Only problem is, the trio obviously get in over their heads and uncover a global plot – can they work together to thwart the deadly plan?!
Joining the sequel to the 2017 hit comedy is Antonio Banderas and Morgan Freeman.
The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard hits UK cinemas Wednesday 23rd June 2021.
