Whether you love them or loathe them, it appears as though Disney’s live-action remakes are here to stay! Hot on the heels of prequel Mufasa: The Lion King is Lilo & Stitch, as the House of Mouse heads to Kokaua for a slice of chaotic family fun.
This live-action reimagining of Disney’s 2002 animated classic centres on the touching story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and the fugitive alien who helps to mend her broken family.
Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, the Oscar®-nominated filmmaker behind the animated feature film Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, the film stars Sydney Elizebeth Agudong, Billy Magnussen, Tia Carrere, Hannah Waddingham, Chris Sanders, with Courtney B. Vance, Zach Galifianakis and introducing Maia Kealoha.
Lilo & Stitch is set for release in UK cinemas on 23 May 2025!
