Disney releases second ‘Frozen 2’ trailer

Walt Disney Studios has released a brand new trailer for upcoming sequel Frozen 2, teasing a more magical and mystical adventure into the history of Arendelle and the enchanted forest.

A mysterious voice calls Elsa to leave Arendelle to head into the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond, meanwhile the Kingdom appears to be threatened by an unknown force, it’s up to Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven to help protect the land and inhabitants. We’re also introduced to a whole bunch of new characters in the trailer, with my personal favourite – Bruni, a salamander who lives in the enchanted forest.

Check out the new trailer below!

King Agnarr’s story to his young children is clearly the inspiration for Elsa and Anna’s questions: “Far away, as north as we can go, once stood an enchanted forest. It was a magical place but something went wrong. Since then, no one can get in or out.”

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle? The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she’ll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.

From the Academy Award®-winning team—directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez—and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen 2 opens in cinemas on Nov. 22, 2019.
