Tom Cruise continues to prove he’s the most insane action star alive right now with this nine minute featurette going behind the scenes of an unbelievable stunt in the upcoming instalment of the Mission Impossible franchise.
Director Christopher McQuarrie looks to top the helicopter sequence in Mission: Impossible – Fallout with an even more edge-of-your-seat action scene involving a Cruise on a motorcycle jumping off a cliff into a base jump.
The sequence took years of mastering multiple disciplines covering base training, advanced sky dive training, free fall, tracking, and motor cross jumping.
The film also stars Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Frederick Schmidt, Charles Parnell, Rob Delaney, Cary Elwes, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss.
The film hits UK and Irish cinemas July 2023.
